A traditional North Capital Hill Craftsman was blended beautifully with this contemporary design.

Working in a tight attic space we added a dormer and created a master bedroom suite.

Closets and dressers were built into the roof's slope to maximize space.

The modern bathroom design had a walk-in shower storage and 2 sinks.
